 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science discipline required.


Prior manufacturing experience (COOP or Intern).

  1.     three years  supervisory experience in production environment
  2.     Aseptic or Maintenance leadership experience in food packaging field
  3.     Leadership in production or maintenance or thermal processing environment
  4.     Previous high speed fill and packaging experience
  5.     Aseptic Course, MSSC, CQIA, Lean Bronze training.


Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.  Must have good computer skills and be familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).  mUst be capable of working with minimal supervision and available to work whenever needed to complete assignments.  Must be able to evaluate production related data and implement measures to improve productivity.  Ensure compliance with all FNG/OSHA Safety Policies and Procedures.  Proven record of leading, motivating and developing hourly teams preferred.  Team based management background.  Working knowledge of all HACCP, Safety, ISO, and GMP regulations associated with the food industry preferred.  Administrative experience including budgeting and cost control measures preferred.

Job Functions:

Supervise workforce in the processing, fill and packaging of juice products into PET and can containers.  Facilitate change.  Actively promote and participate in team meetings.  Help plan, organize and execute daily production requirements to meet  FNG's operational needs.  Oversee work centers to ensure they are staffed to meet business needs and are running efficiently.  Learn about other work centers in the Shelf Stable Business Unit to provide supervisory assistance as needed. Monitor and review production related paperwork for accuracy and compliance.  Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures (SOPs & SSOPs), company policies and government regulations (HACCP, GMPs).  Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.  Hire, develop and evaluate performance of Shelf Stable employees.  Provider strong leadership with a positive attitude that promotes team work. Actively involved in team meetings and activities.  Apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical applications.  Regular attendance required. Must interact cordially with co-workers.  Any other duties assigned.
