Academic:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.  Equivalent combination of extensive Technical education and five additional years of experience in Aseptic Operations can be considered if a Bachelor's Degree has not been achieved.

Experience:

Thorough understanding of Aseptic operations is required with a minimum of five years of experience.  Must have at least three years of previous work experience in production operations supervision. Lean Manufacturing training is desirable along with TPM.  Experience working in a larger facility with a large number of employees is desirable.

Qualifications:

Must have a strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.  Must be willing and capable of developing, training and mentoring people on a continuous basis. Must have at least three years of previous work experience in production operations supervision.  Must have a positive attitude, be team oriented and enthusiastically supportive of the company's goals, policies and values.  Must have demonstrated results in cost management and process improvement.

Job Functions:

Serve as the aseptic process supervisor in the Aseptic Tank Farm area, be able and willing to assist with aseptic bag-in-box bin and drum production, tanker loading and unloading, storage and shipping.  General responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead, Teach and Mentor people; identify training needs and establish career paths for hourly team members; meet departmental budgets; provide input for the development of capital improvement projects; participate in the development of short term and five year capital expenditure plans; cooperate with corporate engineering resources and hourly teams to develop operational, materials, construction and component standards and maintenance procedures; provide feedback and information to teams concerning work performance and business results.  Review operating results to assure conformance with quality, safety and cost expectations.  Regular attendance required.  Must interact cordially with co-workers. Must be willing to adjust working schedule to work extended hours when business needs suggest that it is necessary, work nighttime hours and weekends when needed.
