Orange Turmeric Crush
Recipe from Half Baked Harvest
This nutritional powerhouse smoothie is loaded with turmeric and nutrients that will keep you energized and in good health.
- 1 cup not-from-concentrate Florida’s Natural Orange Juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- 4 pitted medjool dates
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
- pinch of salt
- chia seeds, hemp seeds, and/or rose hips for topping
- In a high power blender, combine the orange juice, coconut water, dates, carrot, mango, vanilla, turmeric, maca powder, and a pinch of salt. Add a large handful of ice and blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Divide between 2 glasses and top as desired. Enjoy!
