1. What Information Do We Collect?

2. How Do We Collect Information?

This may also include current brands such as Florida’s Natural, Bluebird, Citrus World Vintage, BigTex, Texsun, and Growers’ Pride; and any and all other brands.

We share information with our business partners and third-party vendors. Your information will be used by us as described in this Privacy Policy and by business partners as described in their respective policies. We may also share information with companies who serve as our vendors or third parties who perform services on our behalf. They may help us deliver products or services to you. We may share information with companies who operate our sites and apps or who run our promotions. We do not sell consumer information we collect to third parties.

It is not our intention to collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 in the United States or 16 in the European Union or where we have actual knowledge a child is under such ages. 8. California “Shine the Light” Law

The CCPA applies to residents of California. Your personal information may also be shared with third parties with whom you interact and third parties that you direct us to share your information with through our Services.

We share personal information with third parties in various ways as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. We do not consider the ways we share your personal information to comprise the sale of your information. California residents may opt out of the “sale” of their personal information. Once verified, we will maintain your request in the event our practices change.

If you would like to use an agent registered with the California Secretary of State to exercise your rights, we may request evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests to exercise rights on your behalf. Subject to applicable law, you may have a right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights over your personal information.

10. Nevada Residents

Citrus World does not engage in the following activity, however Nevada law requires us to post the following: certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of “covered information” for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information. “Covered information” includes first and last name, address, email address, phone number, Social Security Number, or an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted either physically or online.

If you are a Nevada resident who has purchased goods or services from Citrus World, you may submit a request to opt out of any potential future sales under Nevada law by contacting us at citrusworldinc.com/industry/contact-us. Please use “Nevada Do Not Sell” in the subject line. Note we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. Once verified, we will maintain your request in the event our practices change.

11. Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Privacy

The GDPR applies to residents of Europe. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to request from us any personal information we have retained about you and the right to request that we delete such information and stop sending you communications, or that we correct any personal information that you believe is not accurate. 12. Updates to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes to our practices or the law. We will make the revised Privacy Policy Accessible through the Service. Please check the Services periodically for updates.
