Lemonade Layer Cake

What We’re Baking

This gluten-free Lemonade Layer Cake is a classic dessert and perfect for every occasion this summer. It’s bright, zingy and full of lemony flavor. Each slice is essentially a ray of sunshine in your mouth!


For the Cake:

  • 4 cups of almond flour
  • 2/3 cup of coconut flour
  • 6 organic eggs
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 3/4 cup of Florida’s Natural® Brand Lemonade
  • 1 cup of canola oil
  • 1 cup of unrefined sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of aluminum-free baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon of grated lemon zest

For the Frosting:

  • 16 oz of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup of Florida’s Natural® Lemonade
  • 1 cup of swerve sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
  • Edible flowers or mixed berries, for decorating (optional)
