Ingredients

For the cake:

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Nonstick baking spray
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups white sugar, divided
  • 5 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup grated orange zest, loosely packed (from roughly 2 oranges)
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup Florida's Natural® Orange Juice

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Florida’s Natural® Orange Juice
