This nutritional-powerhouse smoothie is loaded with turmeric and nutrients that will keep you energized and in good health.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Florida’s Natural Orange Juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- 4 pitted medjool dates
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Chia seeds, hemp seeds, and/or rose hips for topping
