Orange Chicken

What We’re Making

For a quick and easy weeknight dinner, Orange Chicken can’t be beat. Not only that, but you likely already have most of the ingredients in your kitchen!  


Orange Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Florida's Natural No-Pulp Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, grated
  • A small piece of fresh ginger, grated

Dry Mix:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Frying Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small bite-sized pieces
